Susie Reed, RN, CANS
Registered Nurse Injector, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Susie received her nursing degree from Harding University in 1993 and has been in the aesthetic industry since 1996. Susie joined Hull Dermatology in 2009 and helped develop the aesthetic side of the practice into Hull Aesthetics, PLLC. As an aesthetic nurse and nurse injector, Susie has received numerous professional accolades, including being selected to serve by healthcare giant, Allergan, Inc., as an Allergan Medical Insitute Faculty member and trainer, and by dermatology specialist, Galderma, to serve as a Sculptra, Dysport and Restylane trainer. In 2011, Susie started her own consulting and training business, Aesthetic Secrets, LLC. She uses her 20+ years of experience in the aesthetic industry to train advanced injection techniques and treatments to other health care professionals across the country.
Susie moved to Rogers from England as a child in 1976 and has remained a long time resident. She has one daughter, Bailey, and she is excited her daughter is attending Harding University and following her footsteps and pursuing a degree in Nursing. Susie and Bailey were able to enjoy their first nursing mission trip to Honduras in July of 2017 and they look forward to returning in the years to come. Susie’s other passion is her work right here in the United States. “I love my job! I cherish the relationships I have made with my clients over the years, and I truly enjoy helping them look and feel better about themselves. My mission is to provide a quality aesthetic treatment and offer the latest advances in aesthetic treatments. Furthermore, I will provide my clients with an enjoyable experience and help achieve a natural refreshed look-not overdone. We’ll let it be our little secret!”
Recently, Susie successfully completed the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist Exam. Administered by the Plastic Surgery Nurse Board and the Center for Nursing Education and Testing, the CANS exam is offered to nurses meeting the specified criteria. The PSNCB believes that attainment of a common knowledge base, utilization of the nursing process, and a high level of skill in the practice setting are required for proficient practice. Susie’s certification provides professional recognition for these achievements.
