Jennifer Yount, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Jennifer started her career in Dallas, TX as a Massage Therapist and quickly discovered her passion for skin care and Aesthetics. She obtained her Aesthetics education in Rogers after relocating here in 2001. Throughout her career she has pursued many areas of education and has many certifications, including adding lash extensions to her skill set in 2006.
Jennifer has worked on every side of the skin care business and is enthusiastic about staying up to date on the latest procedures and skin care products. “This is an exciting time for Aesthetics because there is SO much to offer for every skin care concern. Everyone is different and wants something unique to them.” Jennifer focuses on clearly understanding the goals of her clients, using her experience and skills to educate them on the resources available to provide an individualized treatment plan. Her attention to detail, love of people and her fun, outgoing nature keep her patients coming back time after time.
Says Jennifer, “I want my patients to say, Wow! I want them to feel more beautiful and more confident because they are happy with their results. This is the greatest satisfaction I receive.” It’s this dedication that has earned Jennifer a very loyal following.
Hezell Montoya, Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Hezell is a Licensed Massage Therapist who in early 2013 achieved her goal of becoming a Licensed Medical Aesthetician as well! Hezell had been a long-time patient of Dr. Cheryl Hull, and joined Hull Aesthetics professionally in 2011. She is an excellent Massage Therapist and and a talented Aesthetician, and is a very popular member of our team.
Hezell chose this field because she has a passion for serving others. She believes firmly in the healing aspects of massage and is now able to augment that with aesthetics services. She loves the overall beauty aspect of life, and enjoys helping others feel good about themselves from the inside out.
A native of Medellin, Colombia, Hezell also recently achieved her American citizenship, something that was very important to her. She has been married for 12 years, and loves spending time with her husband and her two beautiful dogs. Says Hezell, “I am very close to God and my family. I enjoy exercise, travel and people with a good sense of humor! Professionally, my goal is to help others and continue to expand my knowledge, so I can better serve my patients at Hull Aesthetics.”
Jilana Barnes, Practice Manager
After studying Computer Science and Business Administration, Jilana Barnes was hired into her first medical clinic for IT, and subsequently became hooked on the business of medicine. She joined Hull Dermatology in 2009 and says, “I have been managing medical practices for most of the past 23 years and love every minute of it!”
Jilana enjoys the varied aspect of her job, from billing and insurance to projects and problem solving to direct patient contact. She loves being part of a dynamic team, and working with a good staff to achieve the best in patient care is one of her favorite aspects of her work. “The health care industry is still a business like any other – Customer Service is a priority – but there is a level of empathy and genuine caring for people that comes into play that makes it rewarding like no other. It is an honor to be part of a practice that is here for all the right reasons, and cares about achieving the best level of patient care possible.”
A true Arkansas native, Jilana was born in Morrilton and has been in Northwest Arkansas since 1969. She is fortunate to have her parents nearby, and her three children attend local schools. Asked about her life goals, Jilana says, “Watching my children flourish. To continue to be passionate about the work I do. Finding joy in every day.”
Kelli Faber, Reception, Hull Aesthetics
Kelli spent most of her life living in the Pacific Northwest before moving to Rogers in 2008. She joined Hull Dermatology in 2009 as a receptionist after working 10 years in the medical and dental fields. She soon became the receptionist for the aesthetics department, which evolved into Hull Aesthetics, PLLC with Kelli at the helm of its front office.
Kelli’s friendly demeanor and bright, bubbly personality lends itself well to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that Hull Aesthetics strives to offer guests. “It has been a pleasure to work with Dr. Hull,” says Kelli. “I care a great deal about making sure all our patients and clients feel welcomed and have the best experience when they visit Hull Aesthetics!”
Kelli is married with three children, and loves the outdoors, yoga, shopping and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Kendall Key, PA-C
Kendall received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville in 2009 and her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University in 2011. She performed her preceptorship rotations with Cheryl A. Hull, M.D. of Hull Dermatology in Rogers and officially joined the practice in 2012. In early 2013 Kendall was awarded Diplomate status by the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, for her special knowledge of and advanced training in the specialty of dermatology.
Kendall struggled with acne as a teenager, and it taught her that the treatment of skin disorders is not just about vanity, that these conditions can be very emotionally and physically taxing. “I wanted to go into Dermatology with the ability to truly relate to my patients, as well as treat the various skin disorders that trouble them. I want to continue to learn everything I can about skin, including aesthetic procedures and treatments.”
Kendall hails from Searcy, AR and has a great support system of family and friends there including her parents, who own an outdoor store where she worked as a teen. Therefore, it’s no surprise that Kendall enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing and many other outdoor activities – during which she always wears sunscreen, of course! She also loves to paint, and is an avid Razorback fan.
Kendra Tomlin, RN, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Kendra started her career as a Medical Aesthetician in 2003 and decided to return to school for her nursing degree. She found her way back to skin care in the field of Dermatology, and uses her knowledge of both fields to give patients the best care possible. She joined Hull Dermatology in 2010 and practices at Hull Aesthetics.
Born in Rogers, Kendra is a true native, having lived away from Rogers only briefly while in Minneapolis. She has been married 10 years and has a daughter, whom she hopes to join in learning English-style horseback riding. Says Kendra, “I love the memories that are made when I travel, and love taking trips with my husband and daughter. I also enjoy exercise, hiking and bike riding.”
Kendra enjoys experiencing new things and developing herself through continuing education. Her plans for the future include earning a Master’s Degree in Nursing and traveling the world. An ambassador for Hull Aesthetics in local charitable events, Kendra says, “I want to continue to learn about and get involved with local charities that benefit children and families in Northwest Arkansas.”
Millie Roberson, RN
Millie received her education from Arkansas State University and the Har-Ber School of Nursing, and joined Hull Dermatology in 2009. She has received extensive training in laser treatments and procedures, and strives to always be current on what’s new in the world of laser therapy, aesthetic products and treatments. Furthering her education in this regard is very important to her.
Millie has always been passionate about helping others, saying, “Nursing allows me to enjoy a variety of personalities while caring for the needs of each individual.” Millie is very enthusiastic about performing laser treatments for varied conditions. She loves that lasers are a modality that treat a wide range of patients, from those seeking aesthetic procedures to those with serious medical issues. Originally from central Arkansas, Millie has a close-knit family that she enjoys spending time with, and she also closely follows world news and politics.
Molly Hansen, MPH
Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and her Masters of Public Health from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. She joined Dr. Cheryl Hull in 2009 as Research Director of Northwest Arkansas Clinical Trials Center, PLLC.
Molly is very dedicated to her chosen field and states, “My passion is to aid in the cause to prevent, treat, and promote awareness of chronic illnesses and diseases, and I feel that I am able to contribute to this goal by conducting clinical trials. It is exciting to be a part of the process of developing new treatments, new prevention techniques, and creating an increased awareness in the community of various conditions.”
Raised in Benton, AR, and having lived in Memphis, Houston, Cincinnati, and Knoxville, Molly and her husband now live in Bentonville. They enjoy traveling, shopping, running, and spending time with family and friends. Their greatest adventure is pending – they are currently expecting their first child!
Randi Saunders, Licensed Aesthetician
Randi is a Licensed Aesthetician with over eight years’ experience and a Certified Laser Technician. She studied extensive laser training from the IMAj Institute of Laser Aesthetics in Scottsdale, AZ. Randi is also licensed in Permanent Makeup from the Academy of Arts and Sciences in Boca Raton, FL. Joining Hull Aesthetics in January 2012, and Randi brings experience in some new and exciting treatments.
Randi loves learning and enjoys staying current on new technology in the field of medical aesthetics. She is especially passionate about skin care and would love to help you find what’s right for you! Born in Hawaii, Randi has lived in almost every state in the southern U.S., but has lived in Arkansas the longest. She loves travel and the outdoors, and spending time with her husband and her two boxer dogs.
Shannon Ceballos, Licensed Aesthetician
Originally hailing from Florida and Dallas, Shannon Ceballos completed her studies and achieved her Aesthetics License here in Rogers, AR. She joined Hull Dermatology in February 2011, contributing to the development and transition of the aesthetics department into Hull Aesthetics, PLLC. Shannon has also received advanced training in Ulthera® and CoolSculpting®.
Shannon keeps abreast of advances in medical technology, and loves learning new things – so much so that she someday hopes to return to nursing school. For now, Shannon works hard to juggle being a great wife and mother with a career that she loves. “I want to be on the cutting edge of those products and treatments that make you feel better about yourself,” says Shannon. “Let’s find the latest and greatest treatment that’s right for you, and make measurable changes that you can really see!”
In 2013, Shannon was selected to become a Clinical Educator for Ulthera®. Shannon’s passion for the treatment caught the attention of many at Ulthera® and sparked conversations about her becoming part of their team. One of only 16 other Clinical Educators in the country, Shannon’s role is to give in-depth, hands-on Ultherapy® training to physicians and providers. But don’t worry – Shannon is still at Hull Aesthetics ready to perform your treatment as well!
Susie Reed, RN, Aesthetic Nurse
Susie received her nursing degree from Harding University in 1993 and has been in the Aesthetic Industry since 1996. Susie joined Hull Dermatology in 2009 and helped develop the aesthetic side of the practice into Hull Aesthetics, PLLC. As an aesthetic nurse and nurse injector, Susie has received many professional accolades, including being selected by Sculptra® Aesthetics to serve as a trainer, and by health care giant, Allergan, Inc. to serve as a consultant and trainer for Botox® Cosmetic, Juvederm® and Latisse®. In November 2011 Susie started her own business, Aesthetic Secrets, LLC.
She uses her 16 years of experience in the aesthetic industry to train advanced injection techniques and treatments to other health care professionals in the industry.
Susie moved to Rogers from England as a child and has remained a long time resident. She is married and has a daughter, Bailey. She coaches her daughter’s softball team along with her husband, and is an active member in her church. Susie’s other passion is her work: “I love my job! I cherish the relationships I have made with my clients over the years, and I truly enjoy helping them feel better about themselves. My mission is to provide a quality aesthetic treatment plan that is not only individualized for each client, but attainable and affordable for every budget. I vow to continue to research and offer the latest advances in aesthetic treatments. Furthermore, I will provide my clients with an enjoyable experience and help achieve a natural, refreshed look – not overdone. We’ll let it be our little secret!”
Tammy Sims, LPN
Tammy obtained her nursing degree from Arkansas State University and has worked in both hospital and specialty clinic settings. She joined the Hull Dermatology clinical team in 2009.
A native of Mountain Home, Tammy had known since a Career Day in junior high school that she wanted to be a nurse. She shadowed nurses in a women’s and children’s unit and says, “The feeling I got seeing those nurses help someone was life-changing. I wanted that feeling of knowing that I was making a difference in someone else’s life. Being a nurse has been very rewarding and has given me a sense of accomplishment.”
Tammy is the proud parent of two beautiful girls. “We enjoy spending time outdoors, watching movies and participating in gymnastics, soccer and Tee-Ball. We are very active and love life!”
Teresa McKinney, PA-C
Teresa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University in 2005, and her Master of Health Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Oklahoma in 2011. She spent her preceptorship and post-graduate time working with Cheryl A. Hull, M.D. of Hull Dermatology in Rogers and officially joined the practice in January 2012. In 2013 Teresa was awarded Diplomate status by the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, for her special knowledge of and advanced training in the specialty of dermatology.
Teresa has loved dermatology ever since visiting a dermatologist as a child. “I think that skin is fascinating, and I love that I will be able to help patients of all ages, from babies to older adults. I am excited to be part of the team at Hull Dermatology, and to be a part of the Northwest Arkansas community by helping to promote health and wellness.”
A native of Miami, OK, Teresa hopes to eventually participate in the San Francisco Marathon (she may have an ulterior motive: each participant receives a Tiffany’s necklace!). That dream may have to wait, however – in the spring of 2013 she and her husband Nathan welcomed a baby boy!
